Mia Krejci
Founding Member, Intimacy Coordinator International
Mia Krejci is an Intimacy Coordinator who has worked across feature films, television series, commercials, and shorts across Europe and is keen to expand internationally.
Before moving into film, Mia specialized in sexual and menstrual health, working in education and social change across South Asia and Europe. This experience shaped her belief that when people feel safe, they connect. She brings this same openness and care to her work on set, creating space for performers, directors, and creative teams to communicate openly around intimate material.
Mia is often described by colleagues as a calming presence on set. She reads the room quickly and picks up on subtle dynamics, allowing her to respond early and bring ease, focus, and clarity to sensitive moments. Having lived and worked across Asia and Europe for more than 15 years, she adapts naturally to different people, cultures, and working environments.
Her experience spans a wide range of intimate material, from romance and vulnerability to non-consensual intimacy and sexual violence. She approaches each project with care and attention, while supporting the director’s vision and helping performers feel safe to take creative risks.
That’s why, for Mia, safety and artistic freedom are not opposites. When people feel supported, they can be more present, more courageous, and more connected to the work, and that is where bold scenes are made.
